I am a client-focused leader with more than 19 years of technical consulting and retail industry experience. In technical consulting, I have guided clients through POS software solutions for Aptos ONE singular commerce and Oracle Xstore POS, as well as payment integration projects.

Prior to technical consulting, I spent 8 years as a National Retail Merchant for a high-end department store in both Stores and eCommerce. I have expert knowledge in building successful customer relationships, sales analysis, multi-channel & eCommerce merchandising, cross-functional leadership, product life cycle, product marketing and store operations.
